As the youngest employee, I have a lot to learn and it couldn’t be at a better place than UCAM. Working at UCAM has given me an identity and has added a lot of value to my life. I treat UCAM as my extended family, and whenever I have needed support and guidance, I have been treated empathically. I am very excited about the learning curves that I experience daily as they provide endless learning opportunities.

UCAM has a highly motivating environment where we strive to do our best. It is such that I learn daily and my skill set is continually evolving. As a woman, I get equal opportunities to shine and participate with equal vigour — which is very important for every ambitious woman. I look forward to more challenging projects which test my skills and help me become a better version of myself
