Job Description / Responsibilites

General Purpose

UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers, reporting sales activities and providing regular updates on the sales funnel. The responsibilities include making presentations, attending techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, creating necessary documents for further order processing, and assisting in the collection of payments and statutory documents.

Main / Essential Tasks

  • On-time collection of payments
  • Order processing and documentation
  • Contract review and knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantee
  • Import/Export handling – Process Documentation
  • Data Preparation
  • Report Generation
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Ensuring timely delivery of sales orders in line with customer preferences
  • Producing reports based on the sales performance of employees in the sales department

Competencies Required

  • Coordination with internal and external sales teams
  • Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports
  • Ability to learn and excel
  • Planning and executing sales coordination
