Rotary Table Controller (RTC)

Now UCAM can provide its own controller and servo solutions, enabling 4+1 Axis machining with precision.

RTC is used for Programming or Controlling UCAM Rotary Table, with the help of G and M codes used for CNC machining. RTC can be used for Position Indexing up to the minimum resolution of 0.001˚. This compact device can be interfaced in UCAM Rotary Table applications for conventional machines or with cnc machines where axis interface is not an option

FEATURES
Hardware Features
  • USBC (UCAM Single Board Computer)
The USBC stores all the programs and executes it using the Ethercat Protocol and communicates with the Servo Drive.
  • HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen
The HMI we use is a 7” display using which we can control the rotary table and vary the parameters of the rotary table control.
  • Experience
The most compact and futuristic design with a protective case for the HMI with mostly no analog buttons for configuration everything is done using the handheld device.
Software Features
RTC allows the user to save programs just like a CNC Machine and run it when required. Consists of two main operating modes:
  • Manual Mode
  • Auto Mode
  • HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen

Other important features
  • WiFi
Our rotary table controller has its own in build wifi option using which we can connect to different network and the wifi is mostly used when we are require remote access.
  • Pitch Error Compensation
Our rotary table controller can improve the positional accuracy by compensating the error using the pitch error function.
  • Remote Access
1. SSH Remote Access
2. HTTP Remote Access
  • Backlash Compensation
Our rotary table controller has a option to compensate the backlash error.
  • Machine Interface
RTC programs are executed by using the M-code signals from the machine. Provides 4 standard signal for communication & interlocks.
  • Program Line Selection
Can select any part/line of the program and Execute the program from there.
