Job Description / Responsibilites
General Purpose
UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers, reporting sales activities and providing regular updates on the sales funnel. The responsibilities include making presentations, attending techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, creating necessary documents for further order processing, and assisting in the collection of payments and statutory documents.
Main / Essential Tasks
- On-time collection of payments
- Order processing and documentation
- Contract review and knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantee
- Import/Export handling – Process Documentation
- Data Preparation
- Report Generation
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Ensuring timely delivery of sales orders in line with customer preferences
- Producing reports based on the sales performance of employees in the sales department
Skills Required
- Coordination with internal and external sales teams
- Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports
- Ability to learn and excel
- Planning and executing sales coordination
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Handling customer complaints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Presentation skills
- Good aptitude and ability to learn quickly
